  • Course completion rate: ≥ 70%
  • Program retention rate: ≥ 70%
  • Program completion rate (150% of time): ≥ 65%
Credential and Skill KPIs
  • Industry certification pass rate (where applicable): At or above the state or national average
  • Licensure pass rate (where required): At or above the state or national average
Employment and Wage KPIs
  • Job placement rate (within 6–12 months of completion): ≥ 70%
  • Median wage at placement: At or above the regional median wage for the occupation
Employer and Stakeholder KPIs
  • High-yield program completions: ≥ TBD
  • Advisory committee engagement: Minimum of two meetings per year with documented employer input and curriculum recommendations
Continuous Improvement KPIs
  • Annual program review completed: 100%, with documented findings and action items
  • Annual faculty reviews completed: 100%, including professional development and industry upskilling plans
