The T.H. Bell Teaching Scholarship recipients are required to pursue an educator preparation
                  program, obtain educator licensing, and are then expected to teach in a Utah public
                  school. The Snow College Scholarship committee will give special consideration to
                  students who prepare to teach special education, speech or language pathologists as
                  well as first-generation students. The Teaching Scholarship will pay up to resident
                  tuition and fees and can be used for a period not exceeding 8 semesters. The program
                  is jointly administered by the State Board of Education and the State Board of Regents.
Eligible are Utah resident high school seniors or any junior who will have completed the requirements for an Early Graduation Program, including the ACT, during the current fiscal year. College students, currently at Snow College or transferring in, who have declared education as their major. See the application link below to apply.
Selection criteria includes: College and/or high school grade point average, ACT or SAT scores, ethnicity, and intended teaching field.
