Leadership is one of those topics that can be described many ways by many people, yet it is often found lacking in us. Many are put into positions where they need to have leadership skills but where do they get the training on how to lead? Find out here! 

Heavy Equipment^

Location: Online and Ephraim

Operators will train on simulators to develop real-world  skills needed to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Badges may be earned in forklift, excavator, dozer, backhoe, wheel loader, motor grader, articulated dump truck, and concrete pump truck. Students may earn multiple badges.

Have you ever felt like you have been left behind when trying to use spreadsheets? Maybe you just need a refresher to remember what you have learned. This class will cover all the basics, giving you valuable and realistic practice.

Farm and Ranch Mangement

This course is designed to teach individual farmers/ranchers to organize and computerize their farm/ranch records. Individualized instructional format focuses on record keeping with emphasis on using, operating, and maintaining computerized records. Class will consist of monthly farm/ranch visits with some group instruction.
