ABOUT TAI CHI YOGA: Tai Chi Yoga is the combination of the passive Chinese martial art of tai chi with the gentle Indian stretching and relaxation of yoga integrated into a single discipline. It blends the unwinding of yoga with the flowing of tai chi into a renewing wellness experience.

HOW DOES IT HELP: It helps one increase flexibility, balance better, have more energy, relax more, reduce stress and tension, heal faster, increase memory, and improve concentration. Students of Tai Chi Yoga say that its powerful benefits from daily practice are much greater than either tai chi or yoga practiced alone or separately. Like 1+1 = 3.
