Graduation Ceremony Checklist

Commencement is right around the corner, so here is a quick checklist of things that you need to do before, during, and after graduating from Snow College.

Before Commencement Day

  • Caps and gowns must be ordered no later than March 14. Order here

    If you have missed the March 14th ordering deadline for your cap and gown, please visit the campus store for assistance.

  • Add some bling to your attire while you give back to future students.
  • Invite your friends and family to the graduation ceremony.
  • Check the program to make sure your name is there and spelled correctly before April 1. No changes will be made to the program list after April 1.
  • Take exit survey before Commencement.
  • Let us know what's next for you.
  • Survive Finals Week!

Richfield Campus Graduates

On April 30, 2025

  • Attend the "Graduation Get Ready" meeting.

On May 1, 2025

  • Meet in Room 147A of the Administration Building and pick up name card and ribbons
  • Line up to march from the Administration Building
  • Ceremony begins (2:00 p.m.)
  • Try not to trip as you walk across the stage…
  • Enjoy refreshments with family and friends in the Sevier Valley Center Arena.

Ephraim Campus Graduates

On May 2, 2025

  • Enjoy a free lunch on the practice field (1-2:00 p.m.)
  • Pick up name card and ribbons during lunch
  • Line up to march on the practice field (2 p.m.)
  • Ceremony begins (3:00 p.m.)
  • Try not to trip as you walk across the stage…
  • Enjoy refreshments with family and friends on the field after the ceremony

After Commencement Day

  • Order pictures from www.gradimages.com (optional)
  • Expect your diploma to arrive in mid-summer
  • Send your family, friends, and neighbors to Snow College
  • Keep in touch through the Alumni Office
  • Support Snow College as an alumni!
