Like most college students, you may need a campus student job to make ends meet. Lucky for you, Snow College offers more than 600 student jobs from library assistants, office workers, activity center assistants, event crew, custodial, and grounds to teaching assistants, graders, peer mentors, tutors, and much more!
Student jobs are limited to 10 hours per week and students may not work more than 2 campus jobs total. You must be a “Qualified Student” to work on campus which means you are registered for 6 or more credits at Snow College. For example, high school students taking concurrent enrollment classes and those doing local extension classes at other universities may not apply for Snow College student jobs. Only Snow College students may work in student campus jobs.
We place a high premium of matching student jobs and paid professional development training to practical academic learning outcomes and real world durable skills. In terms of quality workplaces, student employees recently awarded their Snow College supervisors a B+ for mentorship and training as part of a Spring 2025 survey. Campus Supervisors strive to provide student employees with a work environment that allows them to provide service to the campus community and gain skills in the workplace and their major.
Registered students have a job seeker account waiting for them at snow.joinhandshake.com - just login with your campus credentials to view and apply for jobs.
We offer Student Hourly positions and Federal Work Study positions on campus. To simplify the process at Snow College, any student taking 6 or more credits may apply for any student job. Work Study is a federally-funded work program that funds student wages if it is part of your federal financial aid award at Snow College. If you are a Work Study student who is hired on-campus, work study funds are moved to the hiring department to cover your wages.
