  • All campus organizations must use Snow College Food Services if they plan to provide food at their event/activity. Cooking items at home to give away or sell at a campus event is in violation of the State of Utah’s Health Department regulations. Any food used for and by a student club/organization must be purchased through the food services. The Food Service Director must review and approve of all exceptions.
  • Only people holding a state issued food handlers permit are allowed to handle food at Snow College sponsored events. There is no exception to this policy.
  • The Food Service Director must approve of any food donated by a legitimate business in advance.
  • Snow College Food Services makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Every effort is made to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies. However, there is always a risk of contamination. There is also the possibility that manufacturers of the foods we use could change the formulation without notice. Customers with concerns about food allergies need to be aware of this risk. Snow College Food Services will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating at our establishments. Students with food allergies are encouraged to contact the Food Services (435.283.7270) for additional information and/or support.
