We are excited to have you live on-campus and are here to help answer your questions and adjust to college life. Remember, if you have questions you can always contact us by selecting the 'Contact Us' email on our website. You will be emailed your housing assignment but can always log back into your housing application to see the details.
Information for all Ephraim students
- May 3, 2026 - Spring Contract End Date
- All students must be checked out with an RA by 10pm on this date from their spring
room assignements*
- *Unless students have a summer housing contract with on-campus housing, you'll be allowed to stay in your spring room assignment until your summer room in Castilleja Hall is ready.

- May 8, 2026 - Summer Housing Move-In Day
- Any and all summer contract students are allowed to check-in on his day and get moved into their summer unit in Castilleja Hall
- May 11, Summer Classes begin
Spring 2026 Move-out Instructions
Spring contracts end on May 3, 2026 at 10pm, as such students must be checked out before this time.
- All students must be moved out of their room by no later that 10pm on May 3, 2026.
- Students who have a summer contract with on-campus housing will be allowed to stay in their current room until thier summer booking is ready
- To avoid improper checkout fees, you must sign up for a checkout time with an RA (at
least 24 hours in advance).
- Checkout sign up sheets will be on the RAs doors 2 weeks before the end of the semester.
- At your scheduled checkout time, the you signed up with will meet you at your room/apartment/suite
- Your room must be clean and empty
- With your belongings packed up or out of the room
- You should have your key ready to return
- Once your checkout is complete and RA and completed your final room inspection, you're free to depart from campus
summer 2026 Move-In Day Instructions
Summer Move-In Day will be Friday, May 8, 2026 from 12pm-5pm. Summer classes begin on Monday, May 11.
Students may arrive on May 8th between 12pm and 5pm. Students may also arrive by appointment throughout the following weekend. Follow the steps below to make your Move-In Day experience as smooth as possible.
- Get registered for classes as early as possible:
- Get your Badger ID card least two weeks prior to move-in Day:
- Your Badger ID card, once printed, will be available for you upon checking into your Residence Hall.
- Check the Move-In FAQs for packing lists of what to bring and what not to bring.
- On Move-In Day, make sure you pick up your ID card first at the Greenwood Student Center at the Registrar's Office (2nd floor, South East corner of the building).
- Once you have your ID card, get it activated at the Housing Office in the GSC (2nd floor by the elevator).
- Then head to your Residence Hall.*

- Castilleja is the only building used for summer single student housing
- Mary Nielson Hall, 165 E 100 N, Ephraim, UT, 84627

- Snow Hall, 171 E 100 N, Ephraim, UT, 84627
- Suites at Academy Square, 131 E College Avenue, Ephraim, UT, 84627
- Once at your Residence Hall, wait in the lobby to be checked in by a Resident Assistant.
- You must check-in with an RA to get your bedroom door keys
- After you've completed your check-in process and received your key, you are free to move-in your belongings.
- Other campus services and events will be available during the day until around 4pm on Saturday, be sure to explore the student center and the rest of campus!
*For students moving into Married Housing or the Tan and Red Houses, report to the Anderson Hall Lobby and a staff member will take you to your housing assignment location to check you in.
